Requirements
  • 2-3 years of relevant partnerships or sales experience within a B2B context preferred
  • Strong communication and relationship development skills, able to influence partners and stakeholders effectively to drive execution of partnership and co-marketing initiatives.
  • Revenue and goal-focused, with a proven track record of identifying opportunities through strategic marketing within B2B SaaS or partner organizations.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and creative flair, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while remaining calm, adaptable, and solutions-oriented.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office products, with experience in project management tools like Asana
Responsibilities
  • Source net new partnership opportunities & nurture relationships with key partners to generate new business and support reciprocal lead flow
  • Support the planning of various events, including industry conferences, networking dinners, client summits, and Lunch & Learns, ensuring seamless execution, memorable experiences, and alignment with business goals
  • Collaborate with marketing to plan and execute co-marketing and enablement activities with key partners including but not limited to joint webinars, in-person events, and case studies
  • Vet, onboard, and negotiate agency-wide deals with potential new partners as part of WITHIN’s center of excellence
  • Represent WITHIN & brkfst.io at networking and industry events in NYC to increase awareness support demand-generation initiatives
  • Maintain internal partnerships resources and external facing directories
