Requirements

Provide person-centered supports tailored to individual needs, including activities of daily living, behavioral supports, coaching, and skill-building.
Assist with transportation to various activities and medical appointments.
Maintain safe, clean, and welcoming living environments, including laundry, housekeeping, and meal preparation.
Teach skills such as financial management and communication.
Provide companionship, guidance, and advocacy.
Accurately document care and daily activities.

$17.00/hour - $21.50/hour based on level of support

What You’ll Do:
