Lead the incident response process and conduct blameless post-mortems to drive improvements.
Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to improve the development lifecycle.

About the Role:
As our first dedicated DevOps / Platform Engineer, you will own our cloud infrastructure. This is a greenfield role focused on building secure, reliable, and automated systems from the ground up. You will be responsible for moving our operations from a reactive to a proactive state, directly enabling our development team to deliver value faster and more safely.
What You'll Do:
