What We Need
The Hospital Engagement Manager will report directly to the Director, Hospital Engagement. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for cultivating and sustaining robust relationships with our hospital partners to foster collaboration and drive significant improvements in patient outcomes. You will play a critical role in understanding the unique needs of each hospital, facilitating effective communication, and ensuring alignment with our organizational objectives.
What You Will Do
- Build and maintain strong, strategic relationships with hospital administrators and key stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor to foster collaboration and mutual growth.
- Develop and implement comprehensive engagement strategies designed to enhance cooperation between hospitals and our organization, ensuring alignment with shared goals and values.
- Facilitate regular meetings and dynamic workshops with hospital partners to review performance metrics, identify improvement opportunities, and collaboratively develop actionable plans.
- Analyze data and gather feedback from hospital partners to inform strategic initiatives, driving continuous improvement and adapting our approaches to meet evolving needs.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for hospital inquiries and concerns, ensuring timely and effective resolution while maintaining open lines of communication to build trust and rapport.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure that hospital needs are understood and prioritized, providing support for seamless service delivery and operational excellence.
- Monitor and report on engagement activities, delivering comprehensive insights to leadership regarding progress, challenges, and opportunities for further enhancement.
- Advocate passionately for the needs of hospital partners within the organization, ensuring their perspectives and requirements are integrated into strategic decision-making processes.
- Identify, document, and share best practices among hospital partners to drive innovation and operational efficiency, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce, including detailed notes on client communications, meetings, and action items.
What You Have
At Synapse Health we’ve intentionally built a culture of kindness, collaboration and creativity, and we consider those qualities to be table stakes for any new team member. Additional requirements include:
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field, providing a solid foundation for understanding the complexities of healthcare partnerships and operations.
- 2-3 years of experience in healthcare partnerships, account management, or a related field, demonstrating a proven track record of building relationships and driving strategic initiatives in a dynamic environment.
- Proficient in MS Office applications with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to department and job-specific software systems, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and projects.
- Demonstrated organizational skills with a strong capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines without compromising quality.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, with an emphasis on building rapport and fostering strong relationships with diverse stakeholders across various levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical skills that enable you to tackle complex problems, make informed decisions, and utilize data-driven insights to enhance engagement strategies and outcomes.
- High attention to detail and a steadfast commitment to delivering high-quality work, ensuring accuracy and excellence in all aspects of your role.
