CPI Card Group raises 2026 revenue guidance on contactless card momentum and TRISM acquisition

CPI Card Group reported record first-half revenue growth of 17%, driven by strong demand for contactless cards and personalization solutions. The company raised its full-year revenue guidance to high single digits to low double digits. The firm successfully integrated Arroweye and acquired TRISM, which doubles its addressable market for instant issuance by adding on-premise solutions for large financial institutions. Integrated Paytech revenue growth expectations increased from 15% to approximately 20% for 2026. CPI Card Group achieved record free cash flow of $36 million in the first half through inventory optimization. Full-year free cash flow guidance was raised to $45 million to $50 million. In July 2026, the company redeemed $26.5 million of senior notes, reducing net leverage to 2.7x from 3.6x the previous year. Management expects the Prepaid Solutions segment to remain choppy through late 2026 due to fraud prevention transitions.
