Requirements
  • High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
  • At least 1 year of experience with Microsoft Office or Google Suite
  • At least 1 year of process management experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree or military experience (preferred)
  • Lean, Agile, Six Sigma, Business Process Management or Project Management certification (preferred)
  • 1+ year of experience in Compliance or Risk Management (preferred)
  • 2+ years of experience in Process Management (preferred)
Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with internal partners to identify process improvement opportunities, create recommendations, gain approvals, and implement change.
  • Collect, analyze and measure process data, to initiate sustainable business practices and procedures and for reporting to senior leadership; review data for trends and gaps in the process that may require additional review.
  • Identify and implement process improvements driving issue resolution/risk mitigation activities
  • Use metrics and business process documentation to tracking and resolving process breakdowns
  • Partner closely with customers to understand their needs while driving towards process improvement outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain formal process documentation including procedures and process flow diagrams
  • Act as a subject matter expert to effectively partner with project customers to achieve desired outcome or improvement by clarifying needs and providing appropriate solutions
  • May lead or direct others on projects
