  • Building a continued relationship with partners to remain engaged and build trust
  • Handling many outbound calls in a timely manner
  • Keeping up to date with relevant administrative tasks for each restaurant managed
  • Ensuring partners are successful resulting in consistent order takings on the platform throughout their journey with Deliveroo
  • Acting as the liaison between restaurant and photography team
