- At least one year of successful experience as a wealth management advisor, including at least six months selling financial products.
- Bac+3 to Bac+5 education, ideally in finance, wealth management, banking, or an equivalent field.
- Required IAS Level 1 authorization.
- Required IOBSP Level 3 authorization for real-estate lending.
- Required AMF certification issued by an accredited organization.
- Required CIF authorization.
- A valid category B driving license is required.
- Ability to provide financial and wealth-management advice with active listening, empathy, interpersonal ease, rigor, confidentiality, autonomy, and commercial capability.
- Prospect within the target market defined by the company strategy and develop the commercial activity of assigned individual clients.
- Manage the defined target clientele, including maintaining and updating client files using company-provided tools.
- Perform economic, civil, tax, and succession analyses of clients’ assets.
- Advise clients in determining a wealth strategy aligned with their objectives, needs, and personal management criteria.
- Propose several suitable solutions addressing client objectives and needs, consulting experts when necessary.
- Meet the qualitative and quantitative objectives communicated by the Wealth Management Manager and/or Agency Director.
- Manage and develop a profitable portfolio of individual clients, self-employed professionals, merchants, and small legal entities while complying with the company’s commercial policy, compliance rules, professional conduct, and ethics.
- Experience or education in finance, wealth management, banking, or an equivalent field.
