Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Human Resources related field
  • 2+ years in Compensation, Benefits, Finance, or related field (included but not limited to: compensation management software, compensation analysis, external benchmarking, market pricing, and salary surveys)
  • Advanced proficiency with Google Sheets (pivot tables, vlookup, sumif, etc.)
  • Ability to analyze data from various reports, draw conclusions and make recommendations concerning the effectiveness of solutions
Responsibilities
  • Participate in competitive benchmarking and survey analysis to assist with the evaluation of the Company’s salary ranges, job levels, short-term and long-term incentive program design, and other compensation programs such as annual merit & review cycle.
  • Administer our annual merit process, bonus, and equity processes in partnership with our Compensation team.
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to structure candidate compensation based on market conditions and other factors.
  • Provide data coordination, management, auditing, and reporting to assist in the development, evaluation, and administration of compensation programs and policies.
  • Audit internal compensation against similar roles/functions, levels, and impact to ensure compensation infrastructure is consistent and fair.
