About the job
- Several years of recruitment and selection experience is ideal, though strong entry-level candidates with demonstrable drive are also welcome.
- Competence-based interviewing skills and the ability to source scarce profiles across both blue-collar and white-collar roles.
- Digital proficiency and familiarity with social media and sourcing tools, including applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn, and Recruiter.
- Clear communication in Dutch and/or English.
- Run the recruitment process together with the HR Business Partner.
- Prepare attractive, realistic, and complete job descriptions.
- Determine the best communication and recruitment channels for each vacancy with the HR Business Partner.
- Actively source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter Seat, VDAB, referrals, campus recruitment, and talent pools.
- Conduct interviews and ensure an excellent candidate experience.
- Represent BESIX at job fairs and strengthen the employer brand.
- Work with VDAB, interim agencies, and selection agencies where useful.
- Review recruitment policy and translate it into targeted actions that improve the quality of candidate inflow.
- Support selection by conducting reference checks, testing specific competencies, and coaching managers on conducting high-quality selection interviews.
- Affinity with construction, infrastructure, or construction law is a strong advantage.
- French is an advantage.
