- Minimum 3-5 years experience with waterproofing/roofing
- Valid driver's license and reliable method of transportation
- Ability to learn and follow safety policy
- Installation of Hot Rubber, Torch on Membrane, Urethan Coating Systems, and Blindside Waterproofing Systems
- Ensure compliance with laws, rules, and regulations, especially in Health and Safety
- Manage job direction and timely completion while adhering to budget and material requirements
- Conduct safety meetings and workplace assessments/inspections
- Maintain job site properly
- Identify quantity and scope changes to the Contract and communicate to Supervisor
- Work at heights and in open excavations, above and below grade
- Daily use of hand and power tools
- Communication with other trades and clients
