  • 2 years' experience in the healthcare/benefits/insurance industry
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional work experience, preferably in insurance, healthcare, compliance, legal, or related field
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment
  • Ability to embrace change with optimism and a problem-solving mentality
  • Very strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities
  • Proactively manage and complete the nationwide health carrier appointment and agency/agent licensing processes
  • Support healthcare industry compliance reporting, including collecting, scrubbing and submitting data
  • Manage multiple concurrent tasks and projects, including individual and team projects
  • Work with other Compliance team members on the maintenance and day-to-day operations of Gravie’s compliance program and workforce training program
  • Collaborate with other teams within Gravie to advise on compliance questions and issues that arise in the course of business
  • Maintain cooperative, responsive, respective, and positive relationships with internal teams and external contacts
  • Demonstrate commitment to our core competencies of being authentic, curious, creative, empathetic and outcome oriented
