Responsibilities
  • Lead Inclusion and Diversity (I&D) supporting R&D/Ops lines of business with responsibility for a team of Diversity Business Partners.
  • Provide senior level leadership, oversight and management of the R&D/Ops Business Enablement team.
  • Partner with the People and Business leadership teams to lead a critical and strategic imperative for the company — integrating inclusion and diversity into everything we do.
  • Be the senior strategist, decision-maker and voice on I&D critical priorities.
  • Design, develop, and provide ongoing support and scale of diversity and inclusion strategies, programs and solutions that align and support both R&D/Ops and Pan-Apple operational and strategic priorities.
  • Work in tight collaboration across the broader People ecosystem to build a dynamic I&D function in R&D/Ops.
