- 10-15 years of experience in consulting, software, or cloud infrastructure
- MBA from a top-tier business school, or proven relevant experience required
- 5+ years of experience working with senior leaders in the energy sector driving enterprise scale digital transformation efforts
- Prior experience and understanding of AI and Machine Learning is highly favorable
- Experience working with senior decision makers and demonstrated ability to deliver complex solution sales
- Exemplary written and oral communication skills
- Drive business development programs to increase C3 AI sales revenue and influence through our System Integrator and Cloud Partner Ecosystem
- Quarterback strategic deals by working closely with the C3 AI and Partner teams to architect differentiated solutions to drive business value across the enterprise
- Own strategic accounts in the Energy sector (Utilities, O&G, Chemicals and Mining) and facilitate joint sales efforts with C3 AI and Partner account pursuit teams
- Create business plans with key stakeholders and ensure goals are being defined and met
- Identify and recruit new partners, drive business development, and all aspects of partner on-boarding
- Collaborate with Products, Engineering, Operations, Sales, and Marketing to position winning solutions for joint customers
- Prior experience and understanding of AI and Machine Learning is highly favorable
