  • Create new and nurture existing broker and agency relationships
  • Help develop and execute a sales plan and strategy
  • Partner with internal teams to set up and refine resources and processes for a successful broker program
  • Work to understand industries and open market segments that align with Gravie's products and services
  • Demonstrate commitment to core competencies of being authentic, curious, creative, and outcome-oriented
  • Travel as required within the territory
