About the job
- Completed university of applied sciences or university education in Informatics, Business Informatics, or a comparable degree program.
- At least 5 years of professional experience in a similar environment.
- Broad technology understanding covering cloud, integration architectures, application portfolio management, and data architectures.
- Sound knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF and ArchiMate.
- Ability to translate technical content into strategic recommendations.
- Very good German and English skills.
- Shape the new strategic-technical Enterprise Architecture function and its responsibilities and success criteria.
- Own the holistic target architecture across business, data, applications, and technology domains.
- Lead the Enterprise Architecture Board and collaborate closely with the Digital department to coordinate the joint IT and Digital overall architecture.
- Define and govern architecture principles, IT standards, and rules.
- Analyze new technologies and prepare strategic decision-making materials for the CIO and management.
- Support major transformation programs as an influential decision partner, not as project lead.
- Identify, initiate, and support strategic modernization and consolidation projects.
- Establish and maintain architecture blueprints and a consistent architecture glossary, including modeling notation.
- Manage the IT architecture blueprint and harmonize the application and system landscape.
- Act as the link between the CIO, CDO, and business process owners.
- Practical experience in Enterprise Architecture for complex system landscapes.
