Requirements
  • Expertise in building distributed systems.
  • Comfort guiding technical direction across Python, Django, React, Postgres, JVM languages, gRPC, and cloud-native infrastructure on Amazon Web Services.
  • At least 10 years of professional software engineering experience is recommended, with a track record of high-level technical leadership.
  • Ability to lead through influence rather than authority and demonstrate constructive communication and technical discipline.

  • Set the vision for operational excellence and mentor senior engineers to raise the organization’s engineering standards.
  • Own the long-term technical health and strategic direction of multiple domains within the Middle Office pillar.

Carta has launched a Fund of Funds solution to automate LP reporting and portfolio management for fund managers. The platform consolidates fund administration, portfolio analytics and document management into a single system, addressing operational challenges in a sector projected to reach $450 billion by 2033.
