- Good knowledge of APIs, SQL, HTML, CSS, and web technologies generally.
- Excellent spoken and written Dutch and English.
- At least MBO-4 educational level.
- Able to work independently and actively seek knowledge.
- Patient and willing to share knowledge.
- Good communication skills.
- Eager to learn, results-oriented, and willing to investigate issues thoroughly.
- Provide an approachable first-line Support Desk for platform end users with colleagues.
- Work directly with customers and partners to resolve technical issues and ensure they receive full support.
- Accept, register, analyze, and answer customer questions by telephone and email.
- Advise customers on the best configuration of their platform.
- Provide timely feedback to customers and keep them informed about the progress of their queries.
- Work with departments such as Development and Campaign Services to resolve issues quickly.
- Use information from various reporting systems in problem analysis.
