  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required education with a focus in marketing or business
  • 3-5+ years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on CRO and lead generation
  • Proven track record of running successful A/B tests and improving conversion rates
  • Expert in web analytics (Google Analytics) and user behavior tools (Crazy Egg, Hotjar, etc.)
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms and intent platforms to build automated workflows
  • Strong understanding of UX and tracking principles (UTMs, Google Tag Manager, etc) and their impact on conversion funnels
  • Effectively communicates and collaborates with cross-functional partners in Marketing, Sales, and Revenue Operations to ensure alignment and drive shared goals
  • Data-driven with the ability to turn analysis into clear, actionable insights.
Responsibilities
  • Manage and optimize the user experience and conversion paths on our website
  • Analyze user behavior with tools like heatmaps and session recordings to identify and fix friction points in the conversion funnel
  • Run A/B tests on landing pages, forms, and calls-to-action (CTAs) to boost conversion rates
  • Implement personalization strategies to deliver relevant content to different user segments
  • Create and optimize bottom-of-funnel conversion points for various marketing initiatives
  • Analyze website performance and user behavior, including Pathfactory reporting, sharing key insights with the broader team to inform strategy and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Partner with the Revenue Operations Growth Manager to ensure a seamless flow from form submission to sales follow-up
  • Monitor service level agreements (SLAs) and address any issues to ensure a quick and effective lead handoff
  • Design and implement automated workflows that re-engage contacts at the right time to drive pipeline and customer expansion, leveraging intent signals, person data, and opportunity data.
