Requirements
  • The candidate must be at least 18 years of age.
  • The candidate must have three years of maintenance experience, including repairing commercial cooking or refrigeration equipment.
  • Strong HVAC experience is a plus.
  • The candidate must have a valid driver's license and a driving record aligned with the company's safety standards.
  • The candidate must complete a background check and drug screen.
  • The candidate must be able to work independently.
  • The candidate must accurately and promptly complete required paperwork.
  • The candidate must have customer service skills.
  • The candidate must have a stable work history.
  • The candidate must be able to regularly lift or move up to 50 pounds, frequently lift or move up to 100 pounds, and occasionally lift or move more than 100 pounds with assistance.
  • The candidate must be able to perform repeated bending, twisting, stooping, kneeling, and ladder climbing.
  • The candidate must be able to travel extensively each day to work-site locations.
  • The candidate must be able to work in environments involving hot grease and high temperatures.
  • The candidate must meet reasonable on-call requirements, including an on-call weekend rotation.
Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot and repair commercial kitchen cooking, refrigeration, and HVAC equipment.
  • Communicate with the branch office to order repair parts.
  • Communicate with customers and the branch office about repair status.
  • Complete service tickets according to procedures.
  • Monitor truck stock to ensure required parts are stocked on the vehicle.
  • Maintain the service vehicle, tools, and uniforms.
  • Meet reasonable on-call requirements.
