Requirements
  • Minimum of 10+ years in Indirect Procurement, with a proven track record of success in managing SaaS, IT hardware, productivity software, test equipment, facilities, contractor, third-party agreements, and other indirect categories
  • Demonstrated experience framing procurement strategies aligned with business objectives and market trends, with the ability to drive long-term value creation
  • Experience with indirect procurement software and finance solutions (e.g., Anaplan) and the ability to lead technology implementation to enhance procurement operations
  • Strong leadership skills with experience building, developing, and inspiring high-performing procurement teams
  • Extensive experience negotiating complex agreements with a focus on securing favorable terms and managing risk
  • Deep understanding of market dynamics and best practices across SaaS, travel, contractor, and other indirect procurement categories
  • Proficiency in data analysis and spend analytics to identify savings opportunities, track performance, and drive efficiency
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong ability to build effective relationships with suppliers and cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, or related field. Master’s degree or professional certifications (e.g., CPM, CPSM) are a plus
Responsibilities
  • Frame, develop, and implement the overall strategy for Indirect Procurement, ensuring alignment with business goals and evolving market conditions
  • Lead the Indirect Procurement function across all key categories, such as SaaS, travel, IT hardware, productivity software, test equipment, facilities, contractors, and third-party services
  • Drive the selection, implementation, and optimization of procurement software solutions (e.g., Anaplan) to improve efficiency, analytics capabilities, and spend transparency across all indirect procurement activities
  • Establish and foster a high-performing, best-in-class procurement organization by developing robust processes, recruiting top talent, and nurturing a culture of continuous improvement
  • Lead complex, high-stakes negotiations to secure competitive terms while mitigating risks. Work closely with Legal and Finance teams to ensure compliance and achieve favorable contract outcomes
  • Develop and maintain strategic supplier relationships, ensuring strong performance, risk mitigation, and value generation. Regularly assess supplier capabilities and implement best practices for supplier management
  • Establish and execute category-specific strategies to maximize value, reduce costs, and enhance supplier performance across each indirect category
  • Define and execute against category-specific key performance indicators (KPIs) and strategies to maximize value, reduce costs, and enhance supplier performance across each indirect category
  • Partner with key internal stakeholders, including IT, HR, Marketing, and Finance, to align on procurement needs, budget goals, and support the overall business strategy
  • Identify and implement continuous improvements across procurement processes, tools, and policies to enhance efficiency, compliance, and scalability
  • Proactively manage supplier risks and ensure business continuity by implementing policies, controls, and contingency plans across indirect spend categories
  • Develop and proactively manage the Corporate Procurement Policy working cross-functionally across the organization
  • Analyze spend patterns, track savings, and provide insightful reporting to support data-driven decision-making and align with budgetary goals
