Baxter Auto Group operates automotive dealerships representing multiple vehicle brands in the central United States. Its locations sell new and used vehicles and provide financing, trade-ins, parts, maintenance and repairs. Dealership teams manage customer relationships locally while the group supports shared technology, training and operational practices. Baxter’s business spans the vehicle ownership journey, from research and purchase to long-term service, rather than functioning as an automaker or online-only marketplace. Local operations depend on customer-facing, service, logistics and management roles.
