Requirements
  • YourPace Adjunct Faculty for undergraduate degree programs must have at minimum, a master’s degree from an accredited institution, and/or significant work experience in a related field.
  • YourPace Adjunct Faculty for graduate degree programs must have a Doctorate, terminal, advanced degree in field of study, and/or significant work experience in a related field.
  • Technology Requirements: Computer (laptop) with appropriate amounts of processing speed; High-speed internet connection; Webcam; Microphone.
  • The University is not able to consider applicants who require Visa sponsorship support.
Responsibilities
  • YourPace invites applicants to be Instructors of Record and/or develop courses from a wide range of disciplines and professional skills for undergraduate and graduate degree programs.
  • Teaching assignments may begin at any of our eight-week sessions with six start dates per year.
  • All YourPace courses are fully online and asynchronous, and interpersonal interactions with students are expected.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience teaching at the college-level
  • Online teaching experience
  • Teaching in a competency-based education model
  • Compensation is based on agreements as per the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreements/MOU
