About the job
- Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field is required.
- An active Confidential Security Clearance is required; applicants without active clearance will not be considered.
- A valid Florida Class D Security License is required.
- Candidates must be eligible for or currently hold Confidential Clearance.
- Candidates must demonstrate situational awareness and attention to detail.
- Candidates must communicate effectively.
- Candidates must be able to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Candidates must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Protect assigned facilities, personnel, and assets in accordance with company and client security standards.
- Conduct routine patrols to detect, deter, and respond to unauthorized or suspicious activity.
- Respond quickly and appropriately to security incidents, threats, and emergencies.
- Prepare accurate incident reports and daily activity logs, and maintain thorough investigative documentation.
- Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical conduct.
- A valid Florida Class G Security License is preferred.
- Bilingual ability in English and Spanish is highly desirable.
