Requirements
At least 2 years of experience in community outreach, public health, or a related field.
A bachelor's degree in Social Work, Public Health with 6 credits in nutrition, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
Spanish bilingual capability.
Experience creating content for social media platforms, including Instagram and Facebook.
Responsibilities
Conduct informational sessions, presentations, and events to promote the WIC program.
Track outreach activities and maintain accurate records of participant engagement and outreach efforts.
Prepare reports on outreach activities, voter registration, enrollment statistics, and community impact.
Conduct training and workshops for community partners and service providers on referring eligible individuals to the WIC program.
Develop and execute a marketing and outreach plan to establish long-term relationships with community stakeholders, including business leaders, service providers, referral sources, schools, and elected officials.
Develop and collaborate on marketing materials for community engagement and public relations events.
Develop, create, and manage content for social media platforms.
Provide program assistance and perform duties of a WIC Clerk or Competent Professional Authority (CPA), as assigned.

Schedule: full time – 35 hours per week
Rate of Pay: $66,300 annual
This rate of pay serves as a good faith estimate. Actual pay is based on a number of factors which may include a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, experience and work location. The salary range or rate listed does not include any differential pay or other forms of compensation, such as the value of benefits, which may be applicable to this position.
