  • 6 years of experience managing SAAS software products
  • Experience in designing, implementing, and managing automated solutions
  • Proven history of setting goals/OKRs and achieving success in increasing efficiency and scalability through automation
  • Strong understanding of product design, user experience, and product testing
  • Expertise in agile development, defining product requirements and user stories
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and influence other teams to align on product strategy
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively
  • Ability to analyze and interpret large datasets using tools like MySQL, BigQuery, Postman
  • Self-starter with problem-solving aptitude and inventive thinking skills
Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a product backlog, prioritizing work according to strategic objectives, business needs, project evolution, and customer requirements
  • Research, define, design, and manage the development of new features and upgrades to existing ones
  • Use Product Management frameworks to align stakeholders and leadership on product direction/key decisions
  • Drive alignment across Growth Marketing, Engineering, Product, Design, Data Analytics, and Marketing teams
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for your feature area
  • Lead projects with autonomy, proactively identifying and addressing issues impacting product delivery
  • Author key documents and lead reviews related to your feature area
  • Monitor and evaluate the success of launched products and features
  • Build feedback and data loops into products and feature sets to enable continuous, systematic improvement
