Requirements
  • 10+ years Mobile Advertising experience in Account Management in programmatic marketing, including people leadership.
  • Strong ownership mentality and an intellectually curious approach to problem solving.
  • Growth-minded to thrive in a startup environment.
  • Limited travel, depending on business needs.
  • Experience in day to day campaign management.
  • Strong interpersonal skills necessary to interact with clients, management, and peers.

  • Crafting and executing cutting-edge advertising strategies tailored to the unique needs of mobile gaming clients.
  • Leading and inspiring a team of dedicated professionals, fostering an environment of creativity, high performance, and continuous improvement.
  • Building and maintaining strong, productive relationships with client relationship teams, ensuring their targets are met and exceeded through innovative solutions and data-driven insights.
  • Identifying and capitalizing on new opportunities to grow clients’ ad business, including both upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Setting ambitious goals for the team and ensuring they are set up to achieve them.
