Veho provides last-mile delivery and returns services for e-commerce brands by matching shipments with a crowdsourced network of independent driver-partners. Brands send packages to Veho's warehouses, where an AI-powered system sorts them into optimized routes. Driver-partners use their own vehicles to complete deliveries, with pay and routing managed through the Veho mobile app. Recipients receive real-time updates and can communicate with drivers or adjust delivery instructions, boosting transparency and control. Veho uses dynamic route-building that adapts to real-time data such as weather or volume surges, enabling highly on-time service (reported 99.9% on-time delivery) and scalable operations. Revenue comes from retailers outsourcing their final-mile and returns logistics. The company aims to make last-mile delivery more flexible, transparent, and reliable for e-commerce brands.

Veho names Ronak Patel Senior Vice President of Supply Chain. September 29, 2026 Veho announced the appointment of Ronak Patel as Senior Vice President of Supply Chain. Patel will lead Veho's supply chain organization, including network design and optimization, sortation operations, transportation and linehaul. Patel will report to Yifeng Wang, Veho's Chief Financial Officer and Interim Chief Operations Officer, and work closely with Veho's Product and Engineering teams to build the systems, technology, and operating discipline required to support the company's next stage of growth. "Ronak is an experienced operator, but what stood out to us is his experience driving cost and quality consistency, at scale, through periods of rapid growth," said Fred Cook, co-founder and President of Veho. "Veho is entering a new stage where the sophistication of our physical network has to advance just as quickly as the technology behind it. Ronak is exactly the kind of operator we want helping lead that evolution." Patel brings more than 15 years of experience building, launching, and optimizing complex supply chains. During nearly nine years at Amazon, he held leadership roles spanning fulfillment, international launches, regional operations, and last-mile logistics. As Regional Director of Operations, he led six major fulfillment centers with more than 20,000 employees. He later led Amazon Logistics' North American Fleet Management organization, responsible for approximately 99,000 delivery vehicles and $2.7 billion in physical assets. Patel later served as Chief Supply Chain Officer and Chief Supply Chain and Revenue Officer at Odeko, where his responsibilities expanded across operations, transportation, customer experience, and commercial functions as the company scaled. Most recently, as Vice President of Fulfillment Solutions and Data Analytics at VEYER, he led initiatives including network redesign, warehouse launches, and new warehouse and order management systems. "Great supply chains don't just move more volume. They get smarter, more predictable, and more resilient as they scale," said Patel. "That is what makes Veho such an interesting opportunity. The physical network, technology, and customer experience are being built together rather than treated as separate systems. There is a tremendous opportunity to use that foundation to build a fundamentally better way to operate at scale." Veho has built its delivery network around a technology-first operating model that combines proprietary software, flexible capacity, real-time visibility, and direct control over the delivery experience. As the company expands its role with some of the world's largest e-commerce brands, Patel will focus on strengthening the network architecture and operating systems required to deliver greater reliability, efficiency, and flexibility at scale.

Veho expands access to delivery network through EasyPost Wallet. Sep 23, 2026, 09:00 ET Any EasyPost shipper can now ship on Veho's network, with a promise date on every package. NEW YORK, Sept. 23, 2026 /PRNewswire/ - Veho today announced it is deepening its partnership with EasyPost by joining the EasyPost Wallet, giving shippers of all sizes access to Veho's delivery network without contract or volume minimums. Consumers expect the same standard of delivery wherever they shop: accurate delivery dates, real-time visibility, and a package that shows up when promised. Veho's own research found that 45% of consumers say a poor delivery experience has ruined a vacation, special event, or holiday, and 40% have stopped buying from a retailer after a package never arrived. Heading into the year's peak shopping season, one bad delivery can cost retailers a customer for good. For years, meeting that standard meant negotiating a contract only available to high-volume shippers. Now through EasyPost, any shipper can add Veho inside their existing account, the same way they'd select any other shipping option already in their wallet - and bring their brand all the way to the doorstep with the Veho delivery experience. Shippers enable Veho directly in EasyPost, either manually or by adding it to an existing automation rule, then buy labels the same way they would for any other option in their account. From there, shippers can drop packages at a nearby locker or staffed location, or schedule a Veho pickup directly in EasyPost. At launch, every shipment will move through Veho's Ground Plus One service, bringing fast, predictable delivery without added complexity. "Every shipper wants the same thing: a package that shows up when you told the customer it would, at a reasonable cost," said Fred Cook, President and Co-Founder of Veho. "Veho's partnership with EasyPost now gives the same network, the same promise date, and the same visibility to every shipper, no matter if they're sending thousands of packages or just a handful. Ultimately, this is about helping more shippers deliver a better customer experience without adding more complexity to their operations." "Veho delivers seven days a week at better than 99% on-time, with no residential surcharge. We wanted that available to our shippers without a contract or an integration, so Veho is in the EasyPost Wallet as of today. Now is the perfect time to try them, right before peak," said Jarrett Streebin, Founder and CEO of EasyPost. Veho will launch with EasyPost in Atlanta, followed by Los Angeles, Dallas, Philadelphia, and Chicago in 2026, with broader expansion planned for 2027. About Veho Veho partners with the world's leading brands to transform delivery from a cost center into a driver of customer trust, loyalty, and growth. Purpose-built for e-commerce, Veho serves brands like Macy's, Sephora, Lululemon, Stitch Fix, and HelloFresh with a 99% on-time delivery rate and a 4.9/5 customer satisfaction score. Veho adds Chewy COO Scott Anderson to board as delivery network scales. August 26, 2026 Scott Anderson Veho has appointed Chewy Chief Operations Officer Scott Anderson to its board of directors, adding an executive with extensive e-commerce logistics experience as the New York-based delivery company expands its national network and takes on more parcel volume from major retailers. Anderson currently leads end-to-end logistics for Chewy, one of the largest e-commerce retailers in the U.S. Before joining the company, he spent 10 years at Amazon, advancing from a front-line operations position to leadership of North American fulfillment and transportation. His appointment gives Veho additional operational expertise at a critical stage of its expansion. The company now operates in 83 markets covering more than half of the U.S. population and is positioning itself as an alternative shipping partner for brands seeking greater control over delivery performance and the customer experience. Veho reported significant parcel volume growth in 2025, launched nearly three times as many new clients as it did in 2024 and increased its client base by 70%. The company was also named to the 2026 Inc. 5000 and Fast Company's 2026 list of the World's Most Innovative Companies. "Scott has built and operated two of the most complex e-commerce logistics networks in the country," Veho co-founder and CEO Itamar Zur said. "As Veho becomes a primary shipping partner for the country's leading brands, his experience scaling national networks while maintaining reliability and customer focus is a big advantage." The addition comes as the competitive dynamics of e-commerce delivery continue to extend beyond shipping speed and cost. Veho is betting that retailers will increasingly evaluate logistics providers based on how delivery performance affects customer satisfaction, repeat purchases and loyalty - effectively treating the final mile as part of the retailer's broader customer experience. Veho calls that approach "Return on Shipping," a framework that looks at delivery's impact beyond direct logistics expenses. The company measures factors including customer support costs, failed deliveries, conversion, repeat purchasing and customer lifetime value. Anderson's experience at Amazon and Chewy is closely aligned with that strategy. Both businesses have operated large logistics networks where fulfillment and delivery performance are integral to the customer proposition rather than solely back-end functions. "When a delivery network performs consistently at scale, the impact can extend beyond logistics to customer satisfaction, repeat purchase, and long-term loyalty," Anderson said. "I've spent much of my career building networks grounded in that principle." Veho's own consumer research points to the importance of reliability as retailers reconsider their shipping strategies. In a survey of nearly 2,000 U.S. online shoppers, 92% said consistency matters in delivery. Sixty-seven percent said they would prefer choosing among delivery speeds suited to their needs rather than always receiving the fastest available option. Delivery failures also carried consequences for retailers. Forty percent of respondents said they had stopped purchasing from a retailer after a package failed to arrive, while 30% said they stopped buying following a delivery delay about which they received no notification. Those findings support Veho's strategy of combining logistics infrastructure with proprietary technology, flexible delivery capacity and real-time visibility. The company is seeking to give brands more influence over a part of the customer relationship historically handled largely through traditional parcel carriers. Scaling that model presents a different challenge. Adding markets and volume can pressure service levels, making network consistency increasingly important as Veho expands geographically and becomes more deeply embedded in retailers' shipping operations. "Growth is where delivery networks get tested," Zur said. "The challenge is not just adding volume or opening more markets. It's doing it while maintaining the reliability and customer experience that made the network valuable in the first place." Veho says its network currently maintains a 99% on-time delivery rate and a 4.9-out-of-5 customer satisfaction score. Its customers include Macy's, Sephora, Lululemon, Stitch Fix and HelloFresh. Anderson joins a Veho board that includes Rachel Holt, Lydia Jett, Alex Estevez, Jean-André Rougeot and company co-founders Zur and Fred Cook. His addition strengthens the board's logistics expertise as Veho works to translate rapid market expansion into a national delivery platform capable of competing for a larger share of major brands' e-commerce shipments.
Veho has appointed Scott Anderson, chief operations officer of Chewy, to its board. Anderson brings extensive experience in e-commerce logistics, including a decade at Amazon where he rose from frontline operations to leading North American fulfilment and transportation. The appointment comes as Veho expands its national footprint. In 2025, the company nearly tripled its new client launches compared to 2024 and grew its client base by 70%. Veho now operates in 83 markets, reaching over half the US population. Anderson currently oversees end-to-end logistics at Chewy, one of America's largest e-commerce retailers. At Veho, he joins a board including Rachel Holt, Lydia Jett, Alex Estevez, Jean-André Rougeot, and co-founders Itamar Zur and Fred Cook.
