Requirements
  • A bac+5 engineering degree in electrical engineering and industrial computing/control systems or a general engineering degree.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, including work-study experience.
  • Technical knowledge of industrial computing, automation, communications, electrical engineering, and electromechanics.
  • Rigor in preparing technical files and tracking projects and business matters.
  • Advanced ability to analyze technical studies and documentary deliverables such as electrical equipment diagrams and specifications.
  • Basic technical knowledge of masonry, locksmithing, and fire systems.
  • Proficiency in office software, including Microsoft Project.
  • Ability to supervise and coordinate internal teams and service providers, lead projects and construction sites, and transfer skills.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English.
Responsibilities
  • Lead the technical studies for high-voltage substation renewal and extension projects.
  • Design architectures for control-command systems, electrical protection systems, and automation systems.
  • Analyze technical deliverables, including plans, diagrams, and specifications, and prepare study and test documents.
  • Supervise and participate in installation, testing, factory and site acceptance, and high-/low-voltage construction-site monitoring.
  • Provide technical support to entity staff and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate internal and external contributors and track schedules, costs, and commitments.
  • Act as the interface between design offices, operators, and maintenance teams.
  • Participate in defining requirements, specifications, and supplier consultations.
  • Lead all project phases in collaboration with the project manager, including bids, purchasing, studies, installation, testing, qualification, acceptance, and maintenance.
