- Sort and organize household contents.
- Separate items into retain, auction, donate, dispose, and client-decision categories.
- Professionally pack and label belongings.
- Unpack and organize belongings in a new residence.
- Group auction items into appropriate lots.
- Photograph and measure auction items.
- Research items and write accurate auction listings.
- Enter listings into the CTBids online auction platform.
- Prepare approved donation items for pickup or delivery and place approved disposal items in the designated area.
- Assist with estate clear-outs.
- Treat clients, homes, and personal property with care and respect.
- Follow the Project Manager’s instructions and complete assigned work efficiently.
- Experience in estate sales, antiques, auctions, photography, online listings, professional packing, moving, organizing, or senior services is helpful but not required.
