  • Provide information and service at the front desk, resolve problems, and answer member and guest questions.
  • Identify and submit daily work orders.
  • Lead club radio calls and respond with solutions.
  • Use club software systems to support club operations.
  • Educate team members and members on company policies and procedures.
  • Ensure team members meet expectations for punctuality, dress code, friendliness, and cleanliness.
  • Direct staff and coordinate with management while in charge during assigned shifts.
