Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in IT.
  • 5+ of those years of experience in an infrastructure focused technology role.
  • 3+ of those years of experience in a leadership role or demonstrated ability to lead a team.
  • In-depth knowledge of Kubernetes, VMware, Linux, Windows, Configuration Management, Automation, and/or Infrastructure as Code.
  • In-depth knowledge of Server and Storage hardware, Backups, HA\DR\BC, Active Directory, Group Policy, Certificate Management (PKI), DNS, or DHCP.
  • Scripting, automation, or Infrastructure as Code experience.
  • Security frameworks and technology: ISO 27001, NIST 800-171, IPSEC, SSL VPNs, firewalls, etc.
  • Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and K8s.
  • Specialist qualification in area of expertise: CISM, AWS, Azure, Microsoft, etc.
Responsibilities
  • Provide guidance and mentorship for the platform, cloud, and integration teams.
  • Lead the design, implementation, and operation of different operating system environments, cloud computing platforms, global infrastructure, and networks and firewalls.
  • Manage and provide effective guidance to the team, set goals, tasks, and deadlines, and provide coaching.
  • Lead project planning and deployment for IT and cloud infrastructure projects.
  • Ensure compliance, cybersecurity policies, standards, and procedures.
  • Assist with all auditing requirements including NIST, SOX, and other customer requests.
  • Work with a team of world-class IT, engineering, and business professionals.
