Requirements
  • 2+ years of project management experience.
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Familiarity with systems/processes like GVDP, change management, and product launches.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in dynamic environments.
Responsibilities
  • Lead cross-functional CRT teams to achieve program timing objectives.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on CRT processes and tools, including Soft Part Release (SPR), Soft Part Distribution (SPD), and Engineering Change Management (ECM).
  • Develop program-specific readiness plans for production, service, and Over-the-Air (OTA) updates.
  • Facilitate CRT activities through regular meetings, reviews, and urgent action plans.
  • Utilize and refine planning templates, processes, and tools
  • Ensure "ready-to-build" status for milestones by meeting Material Readiness Dates (MRDs).
  • Maintain clear communication with stakeholders through CRT and Vehicle Controls Integration Team (VCIT) meetings.
  • Support engineering change approval boards, ensuring smooth implementation of changes.
  • Track and analyze Engineering Change Release (ECR) progression and traceability within VeSCoM.
  • Define and execute risk mitigation plans to address potential issues in production, service, or OTA updates.
  • Escalate issues identified through CRT processes when necessary.
  • Demonstrate integrity and respect while building rapport with stakeholders.
  • Navigate complex challenges with a strong ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
  • Mentor and guide team members as needed.
  • Contribute strategically to planning and execution efforts.
