About the job
- At least 8 years of experience in Data, Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, software consulting, solution architecture, or technical presales.
- Strong presales experience in Data and Artificial Intelligence services organizations.
- A proven track record supporting complex sales opportunities and winning consulting or technology engagements.
- Experience leading technical workstreams during Request for Proposal, Request for Information, and proposal processes.
- Strong solution architecture skills and the ability to design large-scale enterprise solutions.
- Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform: Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform, or Amazon Web Services.
- Practical experience with Databricks or modern data platform technologies.
- Understanding of the modern Artificial Intelligence landscape, including Machine Learning, Large Language Models and Generative Artificial Intelligence, Multi-Agent Systems, Knowledge Management, and Machine Learning Operations or Large Language Model Operations.
- Ability to connect business requirements with technical implementation approaches.
- Strong workshop facilitation, presentation, and storytelling skills.
- Fluency in English at the C1 level.
- Lead Data, Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, and Generative Artificial Intelligence solutioning activities for strategic sales opportunities.
- Support opportunity qualification and discovery workshops with customers.
- Translate business problems into scalable technology and delivery solutions.
- Lead technical responses for Requests for Proposal and Requests for Information.
- Collaborate with sales teams in developing account growth strategies and opportunity pursuits.
- Represent Lingaro during customer workshops, executive presentations, architecture reviews, and due diligence sessions.
- Coordinate contributions from subject-matter experts, architects, engineers, and consultants into a coherent customer solution.
- Design end-to-end Artificial Intelligence architectures for Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, Generative Artificial Intelligence, and Agentic Artificial Intelligence solutions.
- Define technology choices, delivery approaches, operating models, and implementation roadmaps.
- Evaluate business requirements, technical constraints, and investment priorities.
- Provide architecture leadership across Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform, Databricks, and open-source ecosystems.
- Help customers identify and prioritize high-value Artificial Intelligence and Analytics use cases.
- Advise customers on transformation opportunities in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Marketing, Consumer and Customer Analytics, Commercial Excellence, and Operations.
- Translate business key performance indicators into measurable Data and Artificial Intelligence initiatives.
- Participate in strategic customer projects as a Solution Architect, Artificial Intelligence Advisor, or Technical Lead.
- Support project teams during discovery, architecture design, and critical delivery phases.
- Mentor delivery teams on architecture best practices and emerging technologies.
- Contribute to reusable frameworks, accelerators, demonstrations, and reference architectures.
- Support development of Lingaro's Data and Artificial Intelligence offerings and value propositions.
- Build thought leadership content and customer success stories.
- Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.
- Experience in consumer packaged goods, Retail, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain industries.
- Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Snowflake, dbt, MLflow, or similar technologies.
- Experience building Artificial Intelligence transformation roadmaps.
- Experience working with global enterprise customers.
- Public speaking, thought leadership, or conference presentation experience.
- Experience leading advisory engagements related to Artificial Intelligence adoption, architecture, governance, or transformation.
