Requirements
  • 3+ years of relevant experience or equivalent training, preferably in a legal/law firm or corporate office support role
  • Bachelor's Degree is preferred
  • Strong organizational and process driving skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication while maintaining a high sense of urgency

Responsibilities
  • Assist with and maintain the corporate contracts queue, and other supporting Legal queues
  • Coordinate with other legal team members and appropriate internal clients to obtain information and track important deadlines
  • Assist with document flow management, including copying, scanning, filing (physical and electronic filing)
  • Assist the legal team with meticulous editing and processing of documents, including contract templates and standard forms
  • Timely intake processing of requests, related mail, and drafting of routine correspondence and documents
  • Assist with corporate governance related filings and tasks
  • Other administrative support, as assigned
