Summary:
As a ServiceNow Senior Developer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or software as a service applications to tailor features according to evolving business requirements. The role includes managing application releases and ensuring the overall stability and performance of the system. Daily activities also involve utilizing standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility across various components. Collaboration with different teams to monitor system health and address any operational challenges is an integral part of the work routine.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become a subject matter expert.
- Required active participation and contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements.
- Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain optimal system functionality.
- Document configuration changes and maintain detailed records of system modifications.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow - Portal.
- Experience in configuring and customizing ServiceNow modules to meet business needs.
- Familiarity with integration techniques using APIs and web services within ServiceNow.
- Ability to work with low-code/no-code platforms to develop and deploy application solutions.
- Strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve application issues efficiently.
- Understanding of release management processes and version control in packaged applications.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
