Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience with federal consulting, enterprise platforms, data and analytics, or program support aligned to LMS and training support.
  • Experience operating in regulated environments with stakeholder groups similar to the National Science Foundation Office of the Chief Human Capital Officer and Office of the Chief Information Officer.
  • Ability to produce audit-ready documentation, executive briefings, and implementation artifacts in a hybrid federal delivery environment.
  • Proficiency with SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System, learning administration, course configuration, compliance reporting, federal mission support, and Office of the Chief Human Capital Officer/Office of the Chief Information Officer coordination.
  • Analytical judgment, written and verbal communication, client service, documentation discipline, and collaboration.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, time-management, prioritization, multitasking, and attention-to-detail abilities.
  • Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
  • U.S. citizenship is required.
Responsibilities
  • Deliver solutions that improve operational efficiency through digital transformation and process automation.
  • Enhance data-driven decision-making using advanced analytics and business intelligence.
  • Support regulatory compliance and adherence to federal human capital management policies.
  • Facilitate integration of information technology systems and workforce planning tools.
  • Optimize service delivery through performance-based outcomes and service-level agreements.
  • Facilitate discovery, document requirements, improve processes, and support execution for LMS and training support.
  • Develop analyses, standard operating procedures, playbooks, and recommendations that strengthen adoption, compliance, and measurable mission outcomes.
  • Provide specialized functional support for LMS and training support, including analysis, documentation, controls, and adoption activities.
  • Produce requirements notes, process maps, stakeholder summaries, training aids, and final deliverable packages.
  • Support SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System, training operations, adoption metrics, and compliance reporting.
  • Establish, manage, pursue, and achieve annual goals and objectives with documented goals for the firm's global competencies.
  • Support business development and other efforts on behalf of ProSidian.
Desired Qualifications
  • An advanced degree, certification, or equivalent federal experience is preferred.
  • Relevant experience with federal consulting, enterprise platforms, data and analytics, or program support aligned to LMS and training support.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat, data analytics tools, and Visio.
