Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Deliver client projects as a member of project teams within a market program.
  • Support the project manager by leading small teams through project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, controlling, and closing.
  • Manage small teams performing project tasks under the supervision of a project manager to ensure quality services are delivered on schedule and within budget.
  • Assist the project manager with defining and sequencing project tasks, estimating task duration, and developing project schedules and management plans.
  • Review project management plans to understand scope, schedule, and assigned work authorization.
  • Plan and schedule client meetings.
  • Lead client and task-team meetings.
  • Lead small task teams in executing project tasks.
  • Assist with customer or stakeholder analyses and related research and data analysis.
  • Prepare written documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Develop conclusions and recommendations, write reports, and assist with client presentations.
  • Deliver oral presentations to clients.
  • Track and report hours spent executing projects.
  • Provide input to reports and other deliverables, execute multiple assignments, meet agreed deadlines, and adjust to changing client demands.
  • Perform quality assurance on project deliverables.
  • Maintain relationships with existing customers to facilitate new business.
  • Identify new business opportunities with existing customers for current or additional services.
  • Travel regularly, 50% or more, to client sites and project locations.
