  • Support ministries in routine reviews of service-delivery processes and outcomes.
  • Promote dissemination of best practices and effective models nationwide.

  • Provide information to the Department of State for U.S. Government workplans and reports.
  • Provide technical support for Pandemic Fund grant applications and review grant implementation to promote effective implementation and avoid duplication with U.S. Government-funded projects.
  • Consult relevant stakeholders about required technical assistance.

  • Review and analyze performance reports submitted to the Pandemic Fund and other partners.
  • Support emergency outbreak response by helping mobilize resources, coordinate efforts, and provide technical support to contain and respond to outbreaks.
