Requirements
  • High School Diploma, GED or Equivalent Certification
  • At least 5 years of experience in partner management, account development, or business development with a focus on building and managing partnerships
  • At least 3 years of experience in a business development position in the hotel or travel industry in the luxury leisure segment
  • At least 2 years of experience in people management
  • Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred)
  • 7+ years of experience and a successfully proven track record in B2B sales and business development within the luxury travel or hospitality industry (Preferred)
  • 5+ years of experience in a business development leadership role in the hotel or travel industry (Preferred)
  • 3+ years experience in management and leadership responsibility driving a business development or sales capacity with proven track record of success (Preferred)
Responsibilities
  • Lead a team spanning business development, account management, and partner operations for the hotel industry
  • Identify key trends and partnership opportunities in the hospitality industry
  • Support industry relations and agent engagement
  • Collaborate on key growth opportunities to drive benefit usage and growth
  • Work closely with Product, Strategy, and Well-managed functions to deliver benefit programs
  • Ability to travel for business development meetings, including representation of the company at tradeshows and conferences as necessary
