Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and physically located within the United States.
  • Must be able to obtain the required state insurance license before conducting licensed insurance activities, including completing applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate's expense.
  • Must provide a computer or laptop, reliable high-speed internet, webcam and microphone capability, and a quiet, professional workspace.
  • Must complete required training and participate in virtual meetings.
  • Must demonstrate communication and relationship-building skills, self-motivation, personal accountability, a goal-oriented mindset, adaptability, willingness to learn, organizational and time-management abilities, professionalism, and integrity.
  • Must have basic computer proficiency and comfort using virtual communication platforms, and be able to work independently while collaborating with a remote team.
Responsibilities
  • Meet with clients through Zoom and phone consultations.
  • Welcome new clients and provide a positive onboarding experience.
  • Explain available benefit and coverage options clearly and professionally.
  • Recommend personalized solutions based on each client's needs.
  • Guide clients through enrollment and application processes.
  • Respond to client questions and provide ongoing policy support.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Conduct policy reviews and follow-up appointments.
  • Maintain accurate client documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable industry regulations.
  • Participate in virtual training and mentorship programs.
  • Continue developing communication and leadership skills.
  • Collaborate with a supportive remote team.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience in customer service, sales, client relations, retail, hospitality, healthcare, education, business development, or financial services.
