ProSidian Seeks a BI Implementation & Integration Specialist | Applied Engineer 4 [MontCo0022021] for Program Support on a Exempt W2: No Overtime Pay Basis Technical Element located CONUS - Norristown PA Across The CONUS - Northeastern United States (USA) Region supporting A county government in the State of Pennsylvania (known as MontCo), Philadelphia, and is part of the Delaware Valley metropolitan area and is the third-most populous county in the state, with Norristown as its county seat..

Seeking BI Implementation & Integration Specialist candidates with relevant Government and Public Services Sector Experience (functional and technical area expertise also ideal) to support professional services engagement for Government and Public Services Sector Clients such as MontCo. This is a Technical Element or Contract W-2 (IRS-1099) Applied Engineer 4 Functional Area Professional - Operations Position; however, ProSidian reserves the right to convert to a Full-Time ProSidian employed W-2 Position.

JOB OVERVIEW

Provide services and support as a Operations (BI Implementation & Integration Specialist) in the Government And Public Services Industry Sector focusing on Management And Operations Solutions for clients such as Montgomery County PA (MontCo) | County Finance Department Generally Located In  CONUS - Norristown PA and across the CONUS - Northeastern United States (USA) Region (Of Country/World).

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES - BI Implementation & Integration Specialist | Applied Engineer 4 [MontCo0022021]

• Integrate business intelligence (BI) tools into existing financial and procurement systems within government infrastructure. Coordinate with IT and procurement departments to ensure seamless implementation of analytics platforms. Ensure data integrity, mapping, and automation align with agency goals.

Qualifications

Desired Qualifications For BI Implementation & Integration Specialist | Applied Engineer 4 [MontCo0022021] (MontCo0022021) Candidates:

• Experience with system integration (ETL processes), government technology environments, and enterprise BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik).

Education / Experience Requirements / Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Information Systems, Computer Science, or Engineering. 5–7 years in BI or systems integration, preferably in public sector or government.

Skills Required

• Data integration, SQL, ETL pipelines, API management, system architecture design.

Competencies Required

• Technical problem-solving, project management, cross-functional collaboration, documentation.

Ancillary Details Of The Roles

• May assist in selection or procurement of BI tools.
• Leads user acceptance testing (UAT) and deployment validation processes.

Other Details

• Works closely with security and compliance teams to ensure systems meet federal/state guidelines.
