About the Job

Requirements

  • You have successfully completed a degree in architecture, civil engineering, industrial engineering (construction), or a comparable field.
  • You have already worked closely with building owners in project management or a comparable position and understand their requirements and decision-making processes.
  • Ideally, you have experience in customer consulting and sales and enjoy building and maintaining regional networks.
  • Knowledge of cost calculation, contract administration, and VOB is advantageous; alternatively, you are willing to learn these topics with commitment.
  • You consistently think and act from the customer's perspective, work independently, bring entrepreneurial thinking, and take a solution-oriented approach in the team.

Responsibilities

  • Represent GOLDBECK as a reliable regional partner and attract building owners and investors to demanding residential construction projects.
  • Advise and support existing and new customers holistically, from the initial project idea through technical conception to contract signing, while addressing individual requirements.
  • During the bidding phase, manage and coordinate interdisciplinary project teams comprising internal and external architects and specialist engineers, ensuring a structured and smooth process.
  • Use digital tools to calculate construction costs and develop economically compelling, customer-oriented proposals.
  • Convert proposals into contracts, develop and negotiate the contracts with customers, and support successful completion.
  • Actively maintain customer relationships after project completion to establish long-term, collaborative partnerships.

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience in customer consulting and sales is ideal.
  • Knowledge of cost calculation, contract administration, and VOB is advantageous.
