Own the data and intelligence capability that moves decision-making from instinct to insight, and govern the enterprise artificial intelligence strategy as a deliberate capability.
Lead the technology team and create the conditions for it to operate as a genuine business partner, applying a commercial lens to what to build, buy, or retire.
Drive transformation across the business’s value chain by shaping the agenda, translating strategy into financially viable plans, and holding delivery across functions as a peer to the senior team.

About The Role
Reporting to the EVP, Revenue & Growth, you will own the intelligence and technology agenda across the business - the data and AI capability, the technology team, and the transformation work that connects both to how the business actually operates. You will be a genuine peer at the senior leadership table, not a supporting function.
The strongest candidates will be fluent in technology without having spent their entire careers inside it - systems thinkers who recognise patterns across cycles and contexts, and who have the operational discipline to turn that recognition into delivery.

Total compensation includes a competitive base salary, performance bonus, and comprehensive benefits.
Our salary ranges and bonus percentages are determined by job family and level. Base salary is determined by a combination of factors including, but not limited to, education and training, years of relevant experience, and internal equity.
