  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship and are restricted from employment in the following states: California, Connecticut, Illinois, Massachusetts, Nevada, New York, New Jersey, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Washington and Maryland.
  • 10+ years of experience in software integration, data management, or technical support roles.
  • Proven success in scaling data processes and teams in a high-growth environment.
  • Demonstrated expertise in integration design, including experience with Software as a Service platforms and third-party data exchange.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Azure Data Factory, Snowflake, Power Automate, Alteryx, and Python scripting; comfortable navigating and leading teams that use them.
  • Additional expertise with competing systems like Boomi, Mulesoft or Informatica is a bonus.
  • A track record of bringing new ideas and process improvements to enhance scalability and customer experience.
  • Excellent leadership and team development skills.
  • A customer-centric mindset with the ability to communicate complex data concepts clearly.
  • Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment is a strong plus.
Responsibilities
  • Oversee the ingestion, transformation, and validation of customer data across multiple systems.
  • Design and maintain data flows from our platform to external trading partners, ensuring accuracy, security, and reliability.
  • Architect and optimize integration designs that support scalable, flexible, and secure data exchange.
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a team of technical data specialists.
  • Build and refine processes to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and scalability.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams to support onboarding and ongoing data needs.
  • Bring strategic insights and innovation to improve customer onboarding and data integration at scale.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.

  • Expertise with Boomi, Mulesoft or Informatica is a bonus.
  • Experience in a startup or fast-paced environment is a strong plus.
