  • 7+ years of Operations, Project Management and Creative Production experience
  • Confident, poised, and optimistic with a proactive 'what's coming next' mindset
  • Highly-organized and a steward of time management with a keen attention to detail
  • Technical understanding of creative productions of integrated campaigns, digital, social media, video, and print
  • Hands-on experience implementing, managing, and/or scaling Digital Asset Management systems
  • Experience in fintech or other regulated industries with legal & compliance functions is a plus
Responsibilities
  • Provide organizational leadership for the in-house Creative team
  • Manage external contributors and vendor/contractor management
  • Effective communication skills and calm under pressure
  • Develop and manage budgets adhering to scope, timing, and approved budgets
  • Collaborate with legal, compliance, and finance on marketing initiatives for sign-off
