- Follow internal standards, policies, and daily operating routines for quality, food safety, and stock, as established by the manager.
- Contribute to IKEA store operations and help ensure they consistently meet Functional Commercial Review standards.
- Previous experience in service environments, ideally in sales or hospitality.
- Experience working in a dynamic environment.
