Simplify Jobs

Simplify's Take

What believers are saying

  • Ali Ahmad joined Richmond in 2026, strengthening Virginia policy and digital-government relationships.
  • New 2026 job postings for digital director and associate signal active demand, not contraction.
  • Foreign-government and high-stakes disputes in 2026 expand revenue beyond domestic lobbying cycles.

What critics are saying

  • February 2026 Israel Finance Ministry work and Solorz family-fight advisory create reputational blowback risk.
  • Omnicom owns overlapping boutiques like Mercury and DDC, pressuring PLUS differentiation and pricing power.
  • If OPRG consolidates brands by 2027, PLUS loses autonomy and could be absorbed or marginalized.

What makes PLUS Communications unique

  • September 2023 Omnicom bought PLUS, giving it global distribution and back-office scale.
  • PLUS blends campaign-style public affairs, litigation support, digital, and crisis work under one roof.
  • Its Reagan-era Republican bench still lands statehouse, federal, and foreign-government assignments like 2026 Israel and Solorz.
