About the job
- At least 10 years of quality assurance experience and at least 3 years in a lead role.
- At least 3 years of Agile experience.
- Extensive automation experience, including developing and maintaining scripts.
- Experience reviewing business requirements and design documentation for completeness and testability.
- Experience creating, executing, and managing test cases with or without business requirements or design documents using Quality Center/ALM.
- Experience entering and managing defects through completion.
- Demonstrated ability to shape risk-based testing approaches and plans.
- Deep experience with QTP/UFT, Selenium, and SoapUI.
- Ability to write and analyze test reports for a broad audience.
- Ability to present recommendations to a senior audience.
- Apply project management knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques to define, plan, and track project activities to meet customer and stakeholder needs.
- Lead one or more projects, potentially involving multiple technical disciplines.
- Consult on and utilize the complete Agile software development life cycle.
- Support business systems management, including efficiency analysis, change management, software version control, and enhancement management.
- Produce test plans, execute and evaluate test cases, and develop automated regression test suites.
- Review business requirements and design documentation for completeness and testability.
- Create, execute, and manage test cases using Quality Center/ALM.
- Enter and manage defects through completion.
- Shape risk-based testing approaches and plans.
- At least 3 years of experience in the financial services industry.
- Acceptance Test-Driven Development (ATDD) experience.
- COF experience.
- Experience with VersionOne.
