  • Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Media Relations, Communications, PR/Marketing Investor Relations or related field
  • Minimum 10-15 years of experience in Sales, Communications, or Media space with at least 5 years leading successful sales teams
  • In-depth knowledge of sales management, leadership, and sales life-cycles
  • Expertise with sales strategic planning and mentoring teams on sales methodologies
  • Advanced communication and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of Canadian Anti-Spam Legislation and Freedom of Information and Privacy Act
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platform
  • Problem-solving and innovative skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in MS Office and conferencing tools like Zoom
Responsibilities
  • Leading, coaching, managing, and mentoring a team of 5-10 employees
  • Executing sales strategy to achieve or surpass annual sales targets
  • Supervising Strategic Account Directors, Account Managers, and Account Executives
  • Attending customer meetings, sales presentations, and product demonstrations
  • Creating territory plans and managing all sales activities
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders
  • Delivering outstanding client experience
  • Performing administrative activities in accordance with sales protocol
